It’s that time again to enjoy your favorite movie in theatres this week, the best from Hollywood brought to you buy El enjoy my friends.

IRON MAN 3 (PG 13):

To all the trilogy lovers this movie is perfect for you, especially if you have followed the first two parts. Directed by Shane Black and with the participation of actors Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, and many others this movie is set to be one of the most popular ones in theatres. Tony Stark must fight against the inner demons which have invaded his life as well as fighting with the demons that he has created himself. Tony must balance his mental health and his love life in order to contain himself in a healthy state of mind. To his surprise his tranquility and sanity are only momentarily, since he is now forced to face a terrorist who has threatened to bring America to its knees and destroy everything in his way. Tony Stark will take us into a breathtaking adventure.

Directed by Rafa Lara and with actors Kuno Becker, Angelica Aragon, William Miller, Liz Gallardo and Christian Vasquez, who are part of this movie released this last friday, just in time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. I find great pleasure that our movie industry releases a movie that goes in depth into our roots and culture as a Mexican. Cinco de Mayo is perhaps the most important battle in Mexican History. This movie describes a true story of the famous and historical battle of Puebla May 5th 1862, when the legendary General Ignacio Zaragoza, with less than 5,000 men and not sufficient ammunition, defends the city of Puebla against the invasion of the well organized and powerful French Army.  As history was marked, Zaragoza led his men to fight for their city and their freedom. This is a great movie with a lot of culture and historical meaning a must see! A story of courage, hope and glory.

Susan Bier is the director of this great movie released this past weekend in theatres, and it´s a movie that tells the story of the real life that we live in. Actors Pierce Brosnan, Trine Dyrholm, Sebastian Jessen are among others who bring to the big screen, the powerful meaning of love. A story of a woman who is battling her cancer and finding out that her husband has a mistress who is much younger than him. On the other end, a father by the name of Phillip who has not seen his only son for years, but is going to attend his wedding. Both Phillip and Ida meet at their kids wedding and even though they seem not to have much in common as time progresses both parents believe that this marriage among their children perhaps is not the best choice. The connection between them will soon lead them to a unity of comprehension and commitment. In the end love seems to be the cure to all the problems.

Let’s save the scariest for last, director Ariel Vromen  along with actors Winona Ryder, Chris Evans, Ray Liotta, Michael Shannon and others bring you this movie that will make you jump out of your seat. With over 100 crimes committed including murdered people, the man known as Iceman because of his reputation of killing his victims and placing them in refrigerators, lives a life full of dark secrets. Married and with children he lives an ordinary life but his dark past is unknown by his family. His past will soon haunt him especially when his brother establishes a close relationship with his main mob contact. His creepy past and unrevealed murders will be discovered and this will lead to his final arrest.

This is it for this week, I  hope you all enjoy these movies and remember the New Media Film Festival coming up in June. El NotiCOTO Magazine is a proud media sponsor and we will be covering every aspect of it.
